Ninja Van is seeking a Regional Legal Counsel to advise senior management on legal and compliance risks across its regional business units. You will lead strategic legal projects and oversee contract reviews for partnership-level and key accounts.

The role requires 8+ PQE with at least 3 years drafting and negotiating complex multi-country services agreements. A LLB/JD from a major common law jurisdiction and Singapore Bar admission preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
• At least 3 years drafting and negotiating complex multi-country services agreements.
• LLB/JD from a reputable university in Singapore, England, Australia, Hong Kong, or a major common law jurisdiction.
• Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred.
