A leading company in the consumer electronics sector seeks a Sales Manager to drive sales and strengthen market presence. This position requires a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in headphones and mobile accessories. The successful candidate will engage in business strategy development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet profitability goals while reporting on trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in sales management.
• Experience in consumer electronics, especially headphones and accessories is advantageous.

• Conduct quarterly customer business reviews.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales & profitability targets
• Drive planned strategies, corrective measures to ensure the achievement of the business overall policy in terms of sales targets, distribution, visibility, product mix, and channel training plans.
• Conduct Customer Business reviews on quarterly basis and report achievement to Sales Leader on a timely manner.
• Report back business trends and opportunities. Work with Sales Leader & Regional Product team to build business cases to develop identified opportunities.
• Work closely with Supply Chain team on monthly demand forecast plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in sales management (offline & online), in consumer electronics space.
• Experience in headphones, mobile/home accessories categories, will be advantageous.
