Job description

We are seeking a Regional Journal Development Editor to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s journals within the local academic community to enhance journal visibility and academic impact.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with universities, hospitals, research institutions, academic societies, and conference organisers.
• Represent the company and its journals at academic conferences, institutional visits, webinars, academic exchange activities, and local academic networking events.
• Collect local market information and monitor and follow up on research trends in relevant fields.
• Submit regular work progress reports, including academic contact development, potential collaboration opportunities, conference resources, market feedback, and journal development suggestions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in molecular biology, biomedicine, life sciences, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the local academic environment of hospitals, research institutions or universities.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Ability to proactively identify potential academic resources and conduct professional and timely follow‑up.
