Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Interest in AI, automation or project management.

Responsibilities

Support IT budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and reporting.
Assist in tracking technology investments, contracts, POs, and vendor spend.
Develop dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI.
Maintain procurement and contract governance records, including renewals and expenditure monitoring.
Support PMO governance and regional coordination across APAC.
