Job Responsibilities:

• Own the Veeva Vault application for the ASPAC region, ensuring it meets business needs.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and attend governance meetings representing ASPAC.
• Understand business requirements and work with IT teams to develop solutions and optimize functionalities.
• Partner with various IT teams, including customer engagement, data analytics, and shared services, to deploy solutions.
• Prioritize functionalities based on capacity, complexity, risks, and business value.
• Communicate progress and updates to the business regarding features and applications.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:

• Degree or diploma with at least 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault functionalities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with global teams and deliver ASPAC requirements, including multichannel marketing integration.
• Problem-solving skills for decision-making and recommendations.
• Excellent business acumen and quick learner.
• Technical knowledge of Veeva Vault; knowledge of Veeva CRM is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in life sciences or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
• Understanding of Agile development methodology.
