Holloberg has partnered with a European multinational company to search for a Regional HSE Director (Health Safety & Environment) covering the whole of Asia Pacific. It's an important leadership position at the forefront of company's growth in the region. Perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and solid experience in HSE.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for strategic HSE initiatives across the region, developing as well as implementing those strategies. This position will play a pivotal role in aligning regional activities with global standards, guiding continuous improvement, and shaping a proactive safety culture across all sites. As part of the senior leadership team you will work alongside country heads to advise on HSE matters, while executing safety initiatives across managers on the ground.

As a key regional HSE leader, develop and implement strategies aligned with global goals and local needs. Champion a strong HSE culture by driving employee engagement, overseeing incident investigations, and leading risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks. Ensure legal and policy compliance, maintain ISO certifications, and deliver impactful training to build HSE capability.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in HSE from at least one of the following industries: Industrial, Heavy Machineries, Project Logistics, Major Construction Projects, Heavy Lifting, Offshore Renewables, Oil&Gas, FPSO or Manufacturing,
• Regional experience across APAC, especially having dealt with projects in Australia and China would be a plus,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Driven critical thinker and team player.
