Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Senior HR Manager, People Operations & Compliance, to act as a strategic partner driving governance, transformation, and scalable HR operating models across the region. The role emphasizes process standardisation, digitalisation, and employee-centric service delivery.

The incumbent will lead regional HR transformation, payroll governance, and expatriate administration while partnering with Payroll, HRIS, and audit teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of hands-on HR experience, primarily in HR operations management.
• Profound knowledge of full-spectrum HR operations, payroll, C&B, and systems, with a proactive mindset for process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment, CPF, and Income Tax laws; experience in grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations.
• Experience with Workday and SAP system implementation/enhancement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive data governance and HR data quality across systems.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations, ensuring exceptional employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local employment laws, internal controls and policies.
• Oversee high-volume HR transactions with governance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Partner with HRBPs, CoEs, Payroll, HRIS and others for seamless HR service delivery.
• Design and standardize HR processes, SOPs, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead regional HR transformation initiatives across Maisons and corporate functions.
• Oversee expatriate and international assignment administration and relocation logistics.
