A global Manufacturing MNC is seeking a Regional HR Manager for their Singapore office. This role involves managing HR functions, supporting staff, and developing HR policies aligned with global standards. Successful candidates will possess a degree in Human Resources or related field and have at least 6 years experience in HR management.
Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional HR Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support managers and staff on HR policies and employee matters.
Handle HR administration such as contracts, work passes, letters, and leave tracking.
Maintain and update HR policies in line with global guidelines.
Coordinate training and development activities for regional teams.
Support HR strategic projects, including system implementation and office expansion.
Conduct compensation and benefits research.
Manage insurance matters, university partnerships, and disciplinary procedures.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min Degree in Business Management / Human Resources Management studies, or a related field.
Min 6 years’ relevant working experience with full spectrum HR function.
Willing to travel regionally
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
