Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This is a strategic and operational role suited for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to support rapid growth across tech, product, and business functions
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with company values and business goals
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor on organizational development
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with finance and external providers
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong workplace culture
  • Lead performance management cycles and support training and development plans
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Liaise with external consultants, PROs, and government authorities for visa, employment, and labor-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
  • Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally in fintech, tech, or high-growth industries
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to lead HR operations, manage cross-functional teams, and support business growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
