With aggressive growth plans in Greater China and Asia, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to lead HR operations and strategy in mainland China. This individual will play a key role in supporting business growth by driving HR initiatives that enhance talent acquisition, engagement, compliance, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead HR business partner for the China region, supporting key business leaders and functional heads.
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Work closely with global and regional HR counterparts to align HR strategies and initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and team development programs across China offices.
- Manage workforce planning and advise on organization structure as the company scales.
- Lead talent acquisition for regional hires and support employer branding efforts in China.
- Implement and manage HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional HR role.
- Prior experience working in a tech startup or high-growth digital company is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of China labor law, HR practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience across the HR spectrum—especially in talent acquisition, engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
