Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee HR operations across multiple countries in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and local compliance requirements.

· Develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

· Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.

· Partner with leaders to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.

· Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

· Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws.

· Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.

· Develop HR metrics and dashboards to track and report key people analytics to senior leadership.

· Coordinate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and scalability in HR practices.

· Support training and development programs to upskill regional talent.

Qualifications:

· Background Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, including regional HR leadership in APAC.

· Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive HR strategy.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for employee engagement.

· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
