  • Roll out engagement initiatives and feedback programs that foster collaboration and trust

  • Help maintain a high-performance culture that values diversity and inclusion

HR Operations & Systems

  • Ensure smooth HR operations including data management, documentation, and system updates

  • Generate regular people reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Support global HR systems while aligning with regional practices

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Assist in reviewing and managing salary structures and benefits across the region

  • Stay current on local employment laws and ensure HR practices meet legal and ethical standards

  • Work with external advisors as needed for local regulatory requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • At least 6 years of regional HR experience, preferably covering Singapore and other Southeast Asia markets

  • Solid understanding of local employment laws and HR compliance requirements across different SEA countries

  • Experience advising senior business leaders and contributing to people and culture strategies

  • Able to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day HR operations effectively

  • Familiar with HR systems and digital tools, including HRIS platforms, employee engagement tools, and internal dashboards

  • Skilled in HR data analysis – able to track and interpret key HR metrics (e.g. turnover, engagement, hiring trends) to influence decision-making
