We are seeking aRegional HR Leadto partner with our Asia CEO and leadership team, driving strategic and operational HR excellence across the region. This is a high-impact role for a visionary HR professional who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.

How You Will Contribute:

As Regional HR Lead you will:

  • Define and implement the regional people strategy in alignment with global HR priorities.
  • Partner with regional leaders and employees across APAC to support business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.
  • Coach and support regional leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive performance management processes and development planning.
  • Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Lead regional rollout of global HR initiatives, adapting them to local contexts.
  • Promote inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning across the region.
