Job summary

Kerry Consulting is recruiting a seasoned treasury leader to head the Regional Treasury Centre in Singapore. The Head will take legal and corporate responsibilities, oversee Front Office activities in FX and short‑term investments, and drive risk management, compliance, and internal controls.

You will liaise with banks and government stakeholders while mentoring a lean team and driving efficiencies across the centre. A strategic, high‑impact leadership role in a dynamic consumer services branch.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial treasury leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in front office treasury activities.
• Experience with FX and short-term money markets.

A leading consumer services organisation, our client operates a Regional Treasury Centre in Singapore. As part of talent pipelining, they are looking for a seasoned Treasury leader to lead their centre in Singapore.

Role

As the Head, you will assume the legal and corporate responsibilities for the Regional Treasury Centre, as well as spearhead the Front Office activities spanning FX, short-term cash investments and bond investment. You will oversee risk, compliance and internal controls, and serve as the key liaison with banks and government stakeholders. In addition, you will lead and mentor a lean team, and champion best practices to drive business performance and operational efficiencies.

Experience

Ideally, you are a commercial Treasury leader with 15+ years of experience encompassing:

• Strong foundation in Front Office Treasury activities
• Hands-on expertise in FX and short-term money markets
• Strong understanding of treasury risk management
• Expertise in managing a regional treasury centre
