Job description

A fast-growing listed E-commerce company is looking for a Regional Head of Product to drive the success in key regional markets (SEA). You'll be responsible for ensuring their products resonate deeply with local users, from language and culture to payment methods and service integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the localization roadmap for their products, adapting them for language, culture, compliance, payment, and local service integration.
  • Establish and leverage data-driven frameworks to understand local user behavior, identify pain points, and deliver insights that drive global product improvements. You'll analyze conversion funnels, retention rates, NPS, and customer service feedback, while keeping an eye on competitor and industry trends.
  • Coordinate user research, competitor analysis, and user analysis to ensure their global product initiatives effectively meet local market needs.
  • Partner closely with their global product, design, and tech teams to balance product consistency with local market nuances. You'll prioritize requirements, align goals, and secure resources to accelerate localized feature launches.
  • Manage and grow the local product performance team, setting objectives, allocating resources, and fostering a matrix organization structure. You'll be instrumental in hiring and developing top product talent in the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in Product Management (or similar) in E-commerce industry, with 5+ years in people and team leadership.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management or growth, with a deep understanding of Southeast Asian travel markets.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
