Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Leader to shape and drive our product vision and strategy, with a strong focus on B2B solutions in the digital signage space. In this critical leadership role, you will lead a team of talented product managers, guiding them to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions that align with our company’s growth ambitions.
You’ll play a pivotal role in defining product direction, collaborating across global teams, and ensuring localized execution and excellence throughout the product lifecycle for Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO). With your deep market insight, analytical mindset, and strong stakeholder management, you’ll transform data into strategic decisions and inspire high performance across teams.
This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Business, SEAO and requires you to be dynamic leader with a strong biz acumen and the ability to drive results from the ground up.
Role and Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap to align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a team of product managers to deliver high-impact products. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strong B2B background is needed with exposure to digital signages.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry. Use insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Product Development: Working closely with global product team to localize products launches, managing product lifecycle and support post-launch activities. Ensure products meet high standards of quality, performance, and user experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and other departments to align product development with business priorities and customer needs.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives. Track and analyse product performance to make data-driven decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Deep understanding of product management frameworks, agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles.
- Experience in digital signages products and services, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in people management role.
- Strong Management Presentation Skill is needed.
- Strong knowledge of excel and number analysis is needed to be successful in this role
- Strong sense of ownership and presence of on-site is needed to motivate the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
