Provide strategic leadership and direction for 4PL services division, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
P&L owner for each 4PL project, financial & operational accountability of all 4PL Projects performance.
Lead and develop the 4PL team in all locations, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of 4PL services.
Develop and implement 4PL projects, including operational strategies, processes, and technologies to enhance supply chain visibility, control, and performance across customers’ logistics networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and delivering value-added solutions.
Engage with logistics service providers (LSPs) and other stakeholders to design and implement customized 4PL solutions that meet customers’ unique requirements.
Monitor, record, and report the performance with suitable recommendations on service delivery wins and service failures.
Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and service enhancement.
