Associate Director, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales & Marketing – SEA

An all in one Digital platform for a Travel and Lifestyle company is looking for a Regional Head - Enterprise Sales to join their dynamic growing business. You will play a critical leadership role in driving our commercial strategy, building high-impact partnerships, and scaling the company's presence across the region. You'll lead cross-border teams, own regional sales and account management, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute regional sales and growth strategy
  • Build new revenue streams, partnerships, and market segments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients
  • Guide go-to-market plans in priority markets across SEA & ANZ
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Build and lead a high-performing, client-focused commercial team
  • Ensure seamless execution and operational excellence across markets

Looking for candidates:

  • 15+ years in commercial, enterprise sales, or business development roles
  • Industry experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a must
  • Proven success in revenue growth and regional market expansion
