In this commercially driven Regional FP&A Analyst role, you will support key initiatives including system form project evaluation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and the development of financial tools and systems. The role collaborates closely with multiple functional and country FP&A teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial modelling and forecasting, and support strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.

Overview

Reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager, you will collaborate closely with functional teams and country FP&A counterparts to conduct detailed cost analyses that support strategic pricing decisions. You will play a key part in evaluating system form projects, providing financial insights and recommendations that guide business planning. Responsibilities include managing monthly reporting deliverables such as business variance reviews (BVR), monitoring project costs, and conducting variance analyses. Additionally, you will support senior management through robust financial modelling, scenario planning, and profitability assessments. Leveraging business intelligence (BI) tools, you will generate meaningful insights into business performance to drive informed decision-making. You preferably come from industries that are within logistics, travel retail, airlines.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
