Job summary

RGP in Singapore is seeking an experienced Regional FP&A Consultant for a 6–12 month contract. The role partners with APAC leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic decision support in a high-visibility environment.

You will work across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver insights, develop business cases, and support resource planning while contributing to finance transformation initiatives in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders.

Regional FP&A Consultant (6–12 Month Contract) | Singapore | Hybrid

We're supporting a global healthcare organization undergoing a major business transformation and are looking for an experienced FP&A Consultant to join its APAC regional finance team.

This is a high-visibility role partnering with regional leadership across multiple markets to drive financial planning, forecasting, business performance, and strategic decision support during an exciting period of organizational change.

What you'll be working on:

• Support APAC budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business performance reviews, variance analysis, and executive reporting.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.
• Proven track record supporting regional or multi-country operations within a multinational organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries will be advantageous.
