We are seeking a Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our FP&A team, supporting the Sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business and operating models, coupled with proven experience partnering with senior leadership. This is a highly hands‑on role that requires a willingness to dive into detailed analysis and translate complex data into actionable business insights. This individual will provide strategic financial guidance, actionable insights, and decision support to drive sales performance. The role requires expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. The position supports our International business across EMEA and APJ, with a primary focus on APJ, serving as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and helping drive business performance and growth.

• Financial Support and Insights: Provide comprehensive financial support by directly analyzing P&L statements and operational metrics. Utilize your knowledge of financial systems and processes to deliver actionable insights that maximize business performance and achieve financial targets, including managing headcount and non‑employee spending.

Basic Qualifications:
