Job summary

haitian huayuan (singapore) pte. ltd. seeks a Regional Finance Manager to lead finance operations across the region, with emphasis on Johor Bahru manufacturing.

You will partner with factory leadership on budgeting, cost control and financial performance while ensuring strong internal controls and cross-country collaboration. The role requires 5–8 years in regional finance, manufacturing exposure, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 5–8 years of finance experience, regional exposure ideal.
• Manufacturing finance experience in costing, inventory and analysis is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional finance and accounting for entities with focus on Malaysia manufacturing.
• Collaborate with factory management on budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance.
• Monitor costs, inventory, working capital, CAPEX and profitability.
• Review monthly results, identify variances, provide insights and recommendations.
• Support budgeting, cash flow planning and financial analysis regionally.
• Strengthen internal controls, processes and reporting across entities.
• Coordinate with local teams, auditors, tax advisors, banks and externals.
• Support regional business expansion and new projects.
• Ensure timely statutory reporting and compliance.
