Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for the Singapore entity, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Generate Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, cost structures, and margins to support data-driven decisions and business growth.
  • Act as a Business Partner: Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide financial guidance, evaluate initiatives, and track ROI.
  • Drive Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor KPIs, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure Financial Control & Compliance: Oversee internal controls, statutory reporting, and adherence to financial regulations and group policies.
  • Support Regional Reporting & Projects: Coordinate cross-border initiatives and provide timely reports and insights to Group HQ for consolidated regional performance.
  • Oversee HR, Admin & Payroll Operations: Manage payroll processing, employee data, office administration, and local HR compliance matters, ensuring smooth and efficient support for business operations.

Profile

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting; CPA or equivalent will be ideal
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or commercial finance within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing decisions with data
  • Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel modeling)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
