Symrise AG in Singapore seeks a Regional Finance Manager to lead Order-to-Cash and Treasury across Singapore and APAC. You will partner with regional and country finance teams to strengthen risk management and provide insights for growth.
You will manage the full O2C cycle, including revenue recognition, month-end close, audits, credit management, and local treasury activities. This role reports to the Finance Director, Singapore and the VP Finance APAC.
Symrise is a global supplier of fragrances, flavors, food, nutrition, and cosmetic ingredients. Its clients include manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals and producers of nutritional supplements and pet food. Its sales of € 4.9 billion in the 2025 fiscal year make Symrise a leading global provider. Headquartered in Holzminden, Germany, the Group is represented by more than 100 locations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the United States and Latin America.
Symrise works with its clients to develop new ideas and market-ready concepts for products that form an integral part of everyday life. Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.
As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be a trusted member of the Finance team responsible for Order to Cash and Treasury across Singapore and wider APAC region. Working in partnership with regional and country finance teams and business partners, you will combine financial, treasury, risk and business acumen to help propel Symrise forward, strengthening financial risk management and championing initiatives that give stakeholders valuable insights to identify opportunities for further success.
This is a role with real breadth and influence. In Singapore, you will manage the full Order to Cash cycle from revenue recognition, month-end closing and audit support to credit management and collections, alongside local treasury activities such as cash flow planning, FX, and hedging and intercompany financing. Across APAC, you will shape how we work by managing the group banking network, providing regional compliance support and centralizing cash to Inhouse Bank.
This position reports to the Finance Director, Singapore for country activities and to the VP, Finance APAC for regional topics, offering you exposure to both country and regional leadership level.
