• Oversee credit control operations for APAC business portfolio, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the APAC credit control team by reviewing deliverables, providing guidance, and supporting the development of direct reports
• Partner with the Credit Control and Account Management teams to manage overdue balances in line with corporate standards, while working with underwriters and operations to resolve disputed accounts and process premium adjustments in the policy system
• Streamline and enhance existing credit control procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness

• Previous working experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
