Regional Finance Manager

Job Overview

Thakral One is looking for a seasoned Regional Finance Manager to lead multi-country finance operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and Hong Kong. This is a high-impact role blending strategic finance, compliance, treasury, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insights through MIS preparation, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Lead statutory and tax compliance across all five countries (e.g., CPF, GST, EPF, SST).
• Manage audits, consolidation, and finalisation of books regionally.
• Oversee payroll, banking transactions, and cashflow management.
• Drive treasury function and intergroup/cross-border financial operations.
• Support business decisions with financial modelling and commercial insight.
• Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of regional compliance, accounting, and tax regulations.
• Skilled in MIS reporting, treasury, audit handling, and cross-border transactions.
• Proactive, analytical, and confident communicator with project management abilities.
