Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial reporting and analysis for the Central Region, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information

  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making and drive business growth

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and global finance policies

  • Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting and analysis

  • Substantial experience in a financial management role, preferably within a large, multi-national organisation

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial information and providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

  • Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulations in the Central Region

  • Proficient in the use of financial reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
