Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Regional Executive, SCM Trade & Process Management to oversee trade compliance, regulatory alignment, and the smooth operation of supply chain activities across ASEAN and adjacent regions. You will develop dashboards and reports, drive data-driven improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and up-to-date processes.

A bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration and 3–5 years of related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of project management and SCM operations experience in Hi-Tech industry.
• Strong trade compliance and regulatory experience in ASEAN and Pakistan regulatory bodies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using BI tools.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve positive outcomes.
• Facilitation and leadership to drive consistent practices.
• Project management skills to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all trade compliance, regulations and chemical status are updated to zero incidents.
• Develop customized reports / dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility.
• Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends.
• Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time.
• Ensure that all SCM regulations / processes / workflow are update to date.
• Establish, implement and provide defined corporate compliance training, facilitate audit process in partnering regionalmanagement to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience in using BI tool.
  
• Able to work effectively in teams within department and cross function to achieve positive outcomes
  
• Facilitation and leadership skills essential in driving consistent practices within department/cross function.
