Job summary

Henkel is seeking an undergraduate intern to support maintenance excellence across the APAC manufacturing network. You will contribute to reliability initiatives, data analytics, and CMMS deployment while collaborating with site teams across the region.

Gain hands-on experience with maintenance digitalization, asset management, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment. Hybrid work and regional exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Strategy deployment and data gathering.
• Assist CMMS rollout, asset hierarchies, PM lists, and spare parts data.
• Contribute to reliability initiatives and cross-site KPI tracking.
• Document analyses and findings for knowledge sharing.
• Support ad hoc data collection and special projects as needed.
