Job summary

Henkel is seeking an AME Intern for Applications Engineering in Singapore to support maintenance excellence initiatives across the APAC manufacturing network. You will work on real-world projects involving asset reliability, data analytics, and continuous improvement while collaborating with site teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in a related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying maintenance strategy initiatives across APAC manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate data gathering and analyses for equipment reliability issues.
• Help organize regional maintenance workshops and trainings.
• Assist in CMMS deployment, configuration of asset hierarchies and PM tasks.
• Support KPI tracking for Work Order compliance, Labour Utilization, and Downtime.
• Support PdM initiatives including vibration monitoring and oil analysis across plants.
