Due to our rapid growth in Asia, we are looking for a Regional Education Sales Representative to help us expand our impact to more students.

This is a full-time remote position, based in Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asia timezone markets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective families, representing our values and strengths

  • Contacting and engaging with new leads to qualify them for the Admissions Team

  • Ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Salesforce, Crimson’s CRM system

  • Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge

  • Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including Marketing and Admissions Officers


What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in English - spoken and written

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales

  • A natural ability to quickly build rapport, persuade and deliver value

  • Hunger and drive to exceed targets

  • High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRMs is a plus
