Job description

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the E-Learning Specialist position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement blended learning programs that combine digital modules and live virtual training to provide impactful and engaging learning experiences.

  • Lead in-person training sessions, while also coordinating logistics and administrative support to ensure seamless on-site delivery.

  • Maintain and organize training content across digital and classroom platforms, ensuring that all materials—such as facilitator guides and learner resources.

  • Identify and propose tools and platforms that enhance blended learning, including solutions for virtual classrooms, interactive in-person learning, and streamlined face-to-face facilitation.

  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to assess development needs and deliver customized learning solutions through both technology and live facilitation.

  • Contribute to special projects and assignments on a flexible basis as required by the team’s needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, or a related field

  • 2-3 years' experience in developing interactive and engaging digital learning content

  • Hands-on experience in managing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably SuccessFactors

  • Solid grasp of instructional design frameworks and adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)

  • Experience in supporting or creating materials for instructor-led training sessions

  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to group
