Overview

We are seeking a Regional E-Commerce Specialist to support and accelerate online sales growth across Southeast Asia. This role is instrumental in managing digital commerce operations, coordinating regional campaign execution, and ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives. The position works closely with local market teams and regional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class e-commerce performance across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Channel Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations across major regional marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok).
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, inventory availability, and digital shelf content are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee “Where to Buy” functionalities on brand websites to direct consumers to preferred online and offline retail partners.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement regional online campaigns, including key promotional moments (e.g., double-digit sales events, new product introductions).
  • Work in close partnership with in-market teams to ensure successful local activation of regional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative functions to deliver high-quality campaign assets on time and in line with brand guidelines.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and report on key e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Maintain dashboards and generate regular performance insights to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement optimizations to drive efficiency and maximize return on investment.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Liaise with regional and local cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, digital, operations) to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with in-country teams to evaluate results, share learnings, and address issues proactively.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of e-commerce strategy with regional business goals and global brand direction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience in a multinational environment, ideally within the consumer electronics sector or similar industries.
  • Proven success in managing marketplace operations and driving regional digital sales performance.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior trends.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to navigate a corporate matrix structure and work effectively across functions and geographies.
