Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate all medical service operations within India and Central Asia.
- Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of public health service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to healthcare delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local and international public health guidelines and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the public health sector.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to operations.
- Facilitate training and development programs for medical staff.
- Manage budgets and resources for medical service operations.

- Leadership experience including team management and performance monitoring.
- Experience implementing change and monitoring effectiveness.
- Proven ability to resolve issues and develop new solutions.
- Understanding of client requirements and expectations.
- Track record of delivering objectives within 6-12 months.
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree with excellent written and spoken English skills.
