E-Commerce Operations:
- Oversee major online sales channels across marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok).
- Ensure product listings, inventory, and content are accurate, engaging, and updated across all platforms.
- Manage “Where to Buy” listings on brand websites to guide customers to the correct online and offline stores.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute regional online campaigns such as mega sale events and product launches.
- Collaborate with local country teams to roll out campaigns and new products aligned with regional marketing strategies.
- Partner with the marketing team to deliver impactful campaign materials and content.
Performance Analytics:
- Monitor and analyse key KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROAS, and acquisition metrics.
- Develop e-commerce dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Recommend strategies to boost campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Partner closely with regional and local teams to enhance brand and product visibility across e-commerce platforms.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and address operational challenges with stakeholders.
- Align e-commerce strategies with overall regional business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably handling multi-country operations in Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated success in online sales growth, marketplace management, and campaign execution.
