Our Client
Our client is a leading global healthcare organization with a growing presence in Asia. They are currently seeking a motivated and independent Regional Demand & Supply Planner to support their South Asia operations. This is a maternity cover contract role, offering exposure to regional markets and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description
Lead the monthly S&OP process for South Asia, aligning forecasts across markets.
Manage rolling forecasts, inventory planning, and distributor coordination.
Drive supply-demand alignment by analyzing sales trends and stock levels.
Monitor delivery schedules and shipping documentation to ensure timely distribution.
Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and performance dashboards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain within FMCG, healthcare, or pharma sectors.
Proficient in SAP, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI a plus).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Regional exposure and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
