The Customer Success Engineer serves as the technical liaison between company and its clients’ engineers, ensuring software or hardware solutions are effectively implemented and tailored to meet customer needs. The role blends engineering expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and strong customer engagement to deliver and support high-quality solutions.
The US role will be based in Detroit with domestic travels while the Asia role will be based in Singapore with regional travels. Customer Success Engineers Asia could be seconded to other regional offices for 1-3 years during their tenure with the company.
