A leading logistics provider is seeking a Regional CBS Project Executive to manage and implement innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with CEVA Logistics' strategic goals. The role involves extensive collaboration, project management, and training, offering an opportunity to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain solutions for customers across the region.

About the role
The Customer Business Solutions (CBS) team oversees commercializing and implementing CEVA Logistics' global business solutions offer to customers. As a Regional CBS Project Executive, you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of CEVA Logistics.
What you will be doing
Reporting to the Regional CBS Manager, you will be responsible for:
Collaboration
Keep close communication with regional leaders (Front Office / Middle Office) to understand team vision
Disseminate vision and objectives to local CBS team members
Participate in local CBS performance and skills assessment
Design and follow-up skills improvement plans to help team achieve highest competency standards
Participate in early stages of change management directed by HQ
Pre-Sales
Prepare & present Track & Trace solution + evolutions (transport requests, purchase orders, warehouse tracking, mobile, IoT) to customers and internal stakeholders (modules, widgets, customization options)
Present Business Intelligence concepts and capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders (reports, KPIs, dashboards)
Present collaborative tools concept and capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with local/regional tenders’ team to validate customer’s projects feasibility
Present and encourage customers to use our EDI / API standard solutions + innovation solutions (IoT, predictive analytics)
Solution Implementation
Capture full scope of work from Front Office / Customer / Tender
Create and use end-to-end technical project planning documentation (memos, SOPs, project and data flow diagrams, what-if analysis, report and KPI definition)
Contact and mobilize all necessary stakeholders to projects
Identify non-standard requests and build alternative solutions
Participate/lead standard project implementation (methodology, tools)
Participate/lead technical project planning and implementation (systems communication mapping, parameterization, communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders)
Solution Roll-Out
Stabilize technical processes post-implementation
Bug analysis and escalation
Hypercare management
Solution Run
Customers and internal stakeholders training to latest implemented solutions
Proactive promotion and application of newest available technologies to existing and new customers
Return on experience (RETEX) management
Existing solutions continuous review for upgrade potential
CBS Community
Connect and exchange with regional and worldwide business solutions community
Stay updated on company’s organization and global strategy to continuously adapt solutions offer
Prepare and animate regular meetings to exchange on key topics
The successful applicant
Knowledge of Freight Forwarding preferred
Knowledge of Information Systems logic
Knowledge of Project Management standards (WBS, CPM, PERT, AGILE…)
At least moderate knowledge of business intelligence reporting tools (preferably IBM Cognos)
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Preferred understanding of basic database management concepts
Knowledge of SQL is a plus (non-mandatory)
Preferred knowledge of data visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
Excellent project management and general organizational skills

Excellent communication skills (upward / downward communication) and team growth spirit
