Overview

About The Team The Regional CRM team is committed to engaging and retaining Shopee users, with the goal of maximising customer lifetime value. We achieve this through personalised customer journeys, tailored incentives, sophisticated data science models, and highly localised marketing strategies. In close partnership with both regional and local teams, we design and execute impactful initiatives that drive measurable results. Guided by a strong data-driven culture and an unwavering focus on innovation, we continuously refine campaign performance through rigorous testing and establish best-practice frameworks that scale across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Work across regional and local teams to manage end-to-end automated CRM campaigns, ensuring timely and effective audience targeting across multiple markets
  • Strategically plan campaign budget, mechanism, and marketing messages based on goals and campaign performance
  • Track and analyse campaign results and user behaviours to form insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Design and implement fundamental A/B tests to make data-driven decisions
  • Prepare reports to present campaign results and initiatives to regional and local teams, and align on next steps with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Interest in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, embrace ambiguity, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Prior internship or project experience in CRM, marketing, or data analysis is a plus
