Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an individual contributor to own regional control coordination, drive hands-on framework rollouts, and lead multi-jurisdictional governance initiatives.

You will spearhead end-to-end project coordination, provide pragmatic internal control guidance, and support local risk oversight while interfacing with regional leadership and central reporting hubs across time zones.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of general internal control mechanisms, risk monitoring principles, and standard compliance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in hands-on project management, functional tracking, and complete end-to-end deliverable execution.
• Prior professional experience within general insurance, reinsurance, or broader financial services sectors.
• Strong personal initiative to operate independently as a dedicated execution resource in a dynamic environment.
• Versatile communication and cross-cultural adaptability, with the capability to interface effectively with central reporting hubs and regional operating units across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end project coordination and control tracking to streamline operational workflows across regional business entities.
• Provide pragmatic internal control guidance and functional support to elevate local risk oversight capabilities.
• Drive the implementation and rollout of updated regional compliance frameworks, scorecards, and benchmark guidelines.
• Conduct cross-border risk evaluations and horizon scanning to assess the operational impact of regulatory changes.
• Facilitate regional committee administration and synthesize risk reporting data for executive stakeholder updates.
