Job summary

Michael Page International partners with a leading beverage group in Southeast Asia to recruit a regional finance professional focused on group consolidation, budgeting and management reporting. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle full sets of accounts, perform variance analyses and contribute to finance transformation across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in external audit and commercial accounting or finance environments.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts and group consolidation activities.
• Strong understanding of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Sound knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different functions and countries.
• Patient, collaborative and adaptable personality, able to build strong working relationships in a regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly group consolidation and ensure timely month-end financial closing activities.
• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support strategic planning, annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Prepare monthly flash reports, management reports and financial performance analyses.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful commentaries to support management decision-making.
• Review, develop and enhance financial systems, controls and reporting processes.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, process improvement projects and other ad hoc assignments.
