Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable Regional Commercial Partnerships Manager to help us identify and onboard new distribution partners across the region — and to oversee their performance post-launch. This hybrid role will begin with a strong focus on distributor scouting and onboarding, and transition into hands-on partner performance tracking, territory coverage support, and launch execution monitoring. You will act as the commercial “bridge” between business development and operational channel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phase 1: Pre-Launch – Distributor Onboarding
    • Identify, screen, and evaluate new distributor partners across SEA (focus: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam)
    • Conduct partner due diligence and basic territory sizing to support prioritization
    • Lead initial commercial discussions and contract negotiation, with support from legal, regulatory, and finance
    • Coordinate distributor onboarding processes, including training, pricing communication, and documentation
    • Build a partner coverage dashboard to track market-by-market readiness
  • Phase 2: Post-Launch – Distributor Performance & Execution
    • Track sell-in/sell-out data, inventory levels, and territory coverage for active distributors
    • Monitor partner engagement in promotional activities, product training, and KOL outreach
    • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and support distributor performance improvement plans
    • Collect market feedback (e.g., barriers to uptake, competitor moves, physician sentiment) and report to the Commercial team
    • Assist in launch campaign rollout and in-market execution alongside Commercial and Medical Affairs
  • Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth distributor onboarding and compliance
    • Support the Commercial Head in monitoring partner alignment with brand strategy and launch KPIs
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, or channel management, preferably in pharma or healthcare
  • Familiarity with distributor-led models in Southeast Asia
  • Proven ability to negotiate, onboard, and manage external partners
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking KPIs, contracts, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean startup environment
  • Fluent in English; additional SEA languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel regionally (~20–30%)
Why Join Us?
  • Join a mission-driven team advancing access to innovative medicines in Southeast Asia
  • Play a pivotal role in both regional expansion and product launch execution
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team and experienced leadership
  • Shape how our distribution ecosystem grows — and be recognized for driving that growth
