A leading commercial consultancy in Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Manager to oversee commercial operations and data analysis. This role involves developing commercial strategies, managing pricing, and building client relationships. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Regional Commercial Manager to oversee our commercial operations and data analysis. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, reviewing financial and savings reports, providing consultation to internal teams and clients, and overseeing payments/ billings and various commercial-related matters to ensure profitability. The ideal candidate has a strong business acumen, finance and data analysis skills and a proven track record in driving commercial model success. Directly report to Regional Business Director in SG with 60% dedication to one of global leading FMCG client, while manage 2 team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Review monthly financial and savings reports generated by Data Analysis team.
Addressing commercial and savings queries, managing pricing strategies and profitability analysis to maximize revenue and margins.
Mitigate project escalations related to savings, ensuring timely resolution.
Oversee the weekly payments and billings.
Manage internal audits based on client requests and adhoc basis.
Track and analyse monthly savings key performance indicators (KPIs).
Review Business Review/ Data Crunching decks to ensure data accuracy and consistency with financial reports.
Manage regional clients and provide support to prevent global escalations.
Assist in commercial-related matters for contract renewals.
Conduct yearly reviews of rate cards to ensure compliance and target achievement.
Develop and maintain the commercial model/ strategies for all sourcing business activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and risks
Job Specifications:
Proven experience in commercial/savings management/ financial analysis and reportings
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of driving commercial success with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving profitability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and data analysis tools
Academic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field
Years of Experience
Minimum3 years of commercial response in marketing, advertising or sourcing consultancy
Strong regional / global experience in business implementation or program management in retail, print/POSM/premiums will be preferred.
