A leading company in the healthcare sector seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Commercial team in the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves managing communications, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks, requiring strong organizational abilities and experience in project management. About the role:
The role is responsible to support the Commercial team in the coordination, planning and execution of commercial activities in the ROA (Rest of Asia, Middle East and Africa) region. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams e.g. Marketing, Medical, Legal departments to ensure contracts, events, market research and administrative tasks are coordinated and performed in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and support the VP Commercial in the organization and management of commercial activities for ROA region.
· Provide calendar management to VP Commercial to facilitate organization of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Support in communication management including prioritization of all forms of communication, including but not limited to emails, calls, etc. on behalf of VP Commercial.
· Support event planning and meeting coordination, including but not limited to coordination with all stakeholders, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and assist in follow up on action items, and all logistics arrangement.
· Support in travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels, transportations, visas and any other necessary coordination for business trips.
· Coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently and to advance projects with an appropriate level of supervision.
· Support the management of commercial agreements, NDAs, invoices and payments.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management and coordination.
· Must be very proficient with all Microsoft Office products – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
· Working experience in consulting organization is a plus.
