Responsibilities
Strategic Business Analysis & Reporting
- Lead and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reviews, analyzing sell-in, sell-out, margin, pricing, inventory, productivity, and launch KPIs.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Earnings Summaries, Strategic Updates).
- Track and monitor test purchases and wholesale performance, highlighting risks such as diversion or margin leakage.
- Provide deep-dive analysis on specific business questions and opportunities, leveraging both internal and external data sources.
Dashboards & Data Management
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve automated dashboards (Power BI/Excel) to provide visibility into commercial, retail, and operational KPIs.
- Consolidate performance views across brands, markets, retailers, and channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable reporting.
Retail & Commercial Excellence
- Drive retail excellence initiatives by identifying performance levers, consolidating best practices, and supporting standardization across markets.
- Collaborate with zone and global teams to localize global tools and reporting frameworks.
Competitor Intelligence & Market Tracking
- Develop and maintain competitor dashboards, tracking key launches, pricing, promotions, shelf presence, retail activation, and innovation.
- Consolidate and analyze market intelligence across Southeast Asia and Distributor markets to support business planning, share-of-shelf strategies, and pricing decisions.
- Stay on top of industry trends and consumer shifts, producing monthly competitive insights reports for leadership.
Strategic Pricing & Revenue Management
- Support pricing strategy execution in collaboration with Global Strategic Revenue Management, including annual pricing reviews, NPD guidance, and maintaining the ISEA pricing database.
- Conduct scenario modeling for pricing changes, promo effectiveness, and margin management across channels and markets.
Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience in commercial analytics, retail performance, market intelligence, or strategy, ideally within beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills — able to turn data into compelling business narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and SAP (or equivalent ERP). Comfortable to work with AI
- Proven track record managing dashboards, performance tracking, and competitor monitoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, confident, and insightful.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in global or regional setups.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Passion for beauty and deep understanding of regional retail and consumer dynamics is a plus.
