Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead regionalization build-out and developer enablement infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering complex cross-team initiatives in fast-paced technical environments.
• 3+ years in a TPM, Product Manager, Software Architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or platform programs with significant dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-region build-out programs, including infrastructure readiness, compliance dependencies, and cross-team execution.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Developer Enablement infrastructure initiatives to support platform adoption, developer productivity, and operational scalability.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple engineering teams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Drive delivery forecasting, execution tracking, and transparent reporting across program lifecycles.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to infrastructure, compliance, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
