Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets set by RHQ through the following:
    Grow sales within the existing customer base across Singapore, the Philippines, and support key partners in Oceania.
    Develop new accounts in both Singapore and the Philippines.
    Expand and strengthen the partner network in these markets.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ESP in:
    Driving business development efforts in the electronics, pharmaceutical, F&B, and general manufacturing sectors.
    Supporting sales and marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, and partner engagement events.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales target achievement
  • Execution of planned seminars
  • Delivery of quality proof-of-concepts to the technical team
  • Effective engagement with end-users and partners

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and accurate sales forecasts for the Sales Manager
  • Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments including Finance and Supply Chain
  • Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) with leads and sales progress
  • Provide basic technical support to customers and partners

Job Requirements:

  • Sales Competencies: B2B selling, Salesforce, presentations, data analysis, strong problem-solving skills
  • Engineering Knowledge: Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
  • Computer Skills: MS Office; basic C++ is an advantage
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Chinese; Korean is a bonus
  • Experience: At least 3 years in sales engineering within a robotics brand or system integrator
  • Education: Diploma or higher in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
