Regional Client Activation & Performance Assistant Manager (1 year contract)

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?

In this role, you will play a key part in the planning and implementation of multi-channel client activation initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with the Regional Client Activation Calendar.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Clients, you will take end-to-end ownership of client activation initiatives — not limited to email campaigns, client lifecycle journeys, and clienteling activities — while ensuring a client-centric approach in every touchpoint. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while contributing to the continuous refinement of activation strategies across SEAO.

Your key responsibilities include:

Client Activation & Campaigns Management

  • Oversee the Regional Client Activation Calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintain it to provide clear visibility and ease of use for all markets
  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel client activation campaigns in collaboration with the external agency
  • Lead the coordination between HQ and SEAO markets to manage asset requests, translations, and local adaptations for global and regional campaigns
  • Develop clear and structured briefs for the agency, defining key campaign criteria such as audience targeting, A/B testing, personalization, and call-to-action strategies
  • Act as the key liaison between the external agency and market teams, ensuring smooth validation, modifications, and execution of campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Head of Clients in shaping campaign design, content, and client journey flows, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs
  • Support the Regional Head of Clients in development of regional client gifting guidelines, in alignment with HQ & client expectations

Clienteling Implementation & Support

  • Guide markets and Client Relations Centers (CRC) in defining relevant target audiences for clienteling activities, ensuring alignment with regional and local business objectives
  • Collaborate with markets/CRC to develop strategic briefs for agency partner(s), overseeing the setup and management of clienteling activities and templates within Salesforce
  • Partner with the Regional Head of Clients to drive the execution of the regional clienteling strategy, ensuring consistency and impact across markets
  • Assist in driving the development and adoption of clienteling tools/systems within SEAO

Client Activations & Clienteling Performance

  • Partner closely with Regional Client Data Analyst/Data Lead for regular and effective performance reporting on client activation campaigns and clienteling activities
  • Lead bi-annual performance reviews of activation campaigns and clienteling
  • Conduct regional competitor analysis, benchmarking of client activation/gifting campaigns and sharing of best practices with markets and HQ

Operational Support

  • Organizational and administrative support for Regional Client Community building activities (e.g. seminars, sharing/inspirational sessions, etc.)
  • Manage vendor relationships and PO processes, along with related administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE/KEY SKILLS

  • 5 years' experience in CRM, Client Lifecycle Management/Marketing Automation or Client Activation, preferably in a B2C role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Data Analytics, or any other CRM tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, multi-task, prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders of all levels effectively
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness through iterative methods
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment, working independently on project tasks and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), both oral and written, fostering effective collaboration within/across teams
  • Maintain a positive mindset and a "can-do" attitude, contributing to a productive working environment
