The Regional Channel Sales Enabler Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and margin improvement by optimising product strategy, pricing, and sales channel performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge product, pricing, operational efficiency, and international sales enablement to strengthen distribution channels and unlock new market potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Revenue Generation & Product Strategy
- Manage channel sales for upholstery and case goods (bureaus & cabinets)
- Monitor product performance metrics such as Rate of Sales, AOV, and attachment rates
- Build and maintain a balanced product mix with complementary offerings
- Develop and maintain a product grid across price tiers (good, better, best)
- Conduct competitive analysis and ensure outward-looking product positioning
2. Margin Optimisation
- Ensure pricing strategies align with market dynamics and profitability goals
- Monitor Gross Profit (GP) and optimise for sustainable margin growth
- Collaborate with factories to balance the number of models with market variety demands
- Coordinate efforts to standardise product offerings across regions to reduce complexity
3. Cost Rationalisation & Efficiency
- Work with logistics teams to consolidate operations and attract 4PL suppliers
- Identify opportunities to digitalise administrative process to reduce inefficiencies
- Support the transition of admin functions to China to scale sales and reduce back-office overhead
4. Sales & Distribution Network Development
- Manage sales offices and teams, including agents, reps, distributors, and marketers
- Develop management frameworks and performance KPIs with overseas office heads
- Oversee continuous sales training and capability development programs
- Expand physical presence by identifying opportunities for sales and marketing offices in Asia-Pacific
- Support development of cross-docking and breakbulk facilities in alignment with hybrid or 4PL models
5. Market Expansion & Channel Diversification
- Identify and develop untapped markets (e.g. Polynesia, Micronesia, Melanesia)
- Establish and grow presence in department stores, own retail stores. and pop-up concepts
- Leverage road shows and similar activations as part of the channel marketing toolkit
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in channel sales, sales operations, or regional sales enablement
- Strong understanding of product pricing, merchandising, and market dynamics
- Experience in multi-country sales strategies and working with 4PLs is preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across geographics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills
