Regional Business Manager

Our Client:

Our client is an MNC specializing in testing, inspection, and certification services. They are seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to oversee and drive growth of business across SEA. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader with P&L management experience, as you will spearhead efforts in developing opportunities, managing operations, and delivering high-quality solutions across SEA.

The Responsibilities:

1. Manage P&L for designated sectors, ensuring project delivery within budget and preparing financial reports.
2. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sustainable growth, managing pre-qualification and registration for risk services.
3. Oversee daily operations, coordinating with engineers and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
4. Lead the growth of risk management services, focusing on asset integrity, safety, sustainability, and digital solutions.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business development and long-term partnerships.

The Requirements:

1. Relevant engineering degree is preferred.
2. Preferably 15-20 years of relevant experience with a proven record of managing teams and business operations.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
4. Strategic thinker with strong expertise in risk services, with extensive knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
